I wanted to let you know now that the dust has settled that the service provided by your group was very much appreciated. It was having someone to speak with that really knew their stuff! In my previous life supporting over 500 users across North America with a property management accounting software application, I probably have a better appreciation than most for what it takes to recover a database that is fried.
One of the best attributes during our business relationship was the feeling that you were not trying to oversell your services. If anything, you were too modest with the skill sets at your disposal with your team. I have to say that the results speak for themselves after the original web site designer had given up. Even though it took longer than anyone expected, we are very pleased that you were able to recover absolutely everything on all of our web pages. Pretty impressive considering your team had never even heard of Typ03 web authoring when this project started! This saved us countless hours in trying to resurrect the original content for our replacement web site. I am so glad that we selected your service in our hour of need and that everything turned out for the best, albeit at a higher cost than originally planned but worth every penny!

"Our home computer crashed on us unexpectedly, as usually is the case, and of course we had no back up for the files that were gone with the hard drive. 4 years of pictures, music, and documents were lost...I thought.
